Motorsport

Application Case – Rail Transit Energy Absorption
For a high-speed rail project in Southeast Asia, we designed a custom honeycomb energy absorber integrated into the train front cowcatcher assembly. The solution delivered a crush stroke of 152mm with peak load capped at 480kN, successfully meeting GB/T 21563 impact standards while reducing component weight by 28% compared to conventional steel-buffer designs.
